Music and art festival make Wrexham return

July 27, 2017 by

Wrexfest 2017 is set to take place between July 26th and 29th when art and music lovers will make their way to the town to attend a series of activities and performances.

Change Wrexham For Our Future, a local community group, organised the event. The festival will include children’s workshops, to run over four days, including spoken word, poetry, theatre, and more. There will also be two days of live music performed at various music venues across Wrexham, such as The Royal Oak, Undegun, REIND, Set The Bar, and Saith Seren.

The group will be looking to make this year’s event the best yet, so will likely use a number of promotional campaigns, such as newsletter printing, brochures, and flyers.

Wrexham mayor, Councillor John Pritchard said:

“I think it will be a great success, it is going to be great for the town. It is that time of year when the children are off school and we’re going to get a lot of people coming out and taking an interest.”

A free fun day for families will be held on the 29th July, featuring craft stalls, live music, food and drink, and children’s attractions, along with numerous other activities.

Confirmed musical acts include The Jesse Janes, Kidsmoke, The Bod-Far-I Galactic Ensemble, I Am Of The Universe, Doppleganger, and Louise Distras.
