Marketing launch as home builder opens first Welsh development

A home building company recently held a marketing launch evening to celebrate their first development in Wales.

Miller Homes, one of the UK’s leading home building companies, recently launched their first ever foray into Welsh home building with the launch of their Cartrefle development. Wrexham’s Mayor and Mayoress attended the launch, which featured a champagne reception and a VIP guest list packed with the finest of Wrexham’s business community. Miller homes announced on the evening that it was proud to be working in Wales and building homes in the Wrexham region.

The new development is located in Ruthin Road, Wrexham, and comes as a real boost to the area. New homes bring new communities and skills to Wrexham, so it is in the interest of the Mayor and Mayoress that Miller Homes’ venture is successful. It is highly likely that a marketing campaign is already underway and that further activity is planned to increase and accelerate sales of homes at the Cartrefle development.

Home builders, developers and estate agents often work together to produce marketing collateral for new housing developments, utilising everything from local brochure printers to companies that can help increase the number of visitors to a show-home using bespoke and eye-catching signage, produced using techniques similar to pos printing.

Wrexham’s newest housing development is currently accepting offers on properties and a number of schemes and incentives are in place at the development to help people to buy a home at Cartrefle in Wrexham.
