Swindon Fringe Festival to come around again

The Swindon Fringe Festival (SFF) should get underway during the month of April.

Approximately 60 shows are scheduled to make the event memorable. Flyer printing in Swindon can be used to promote events of all kinds. The SFF is being coordinated by several people and Molly Campbell is playing an important organisational role. Campbell explained the plan to the Swindon Advertiser:

“A lot: that’s what’s happening! From 8 to 15 April, we have a lot of acts at the Brunel: kid-friendly things like a magic workshop, an improvisation workshop and a drama workshop. We have lots of big, hard-hitting dramas in the evening, and comedy as well.”

Other features of the programme have been highlighted by Campbell. Several acts that have already participated in the SFF will be making their return to the event.

The SFF is unafraid to address serious social issues. This year, shows are likely to tackle posttraumatic stress disorder, depression and dementia. A unique Town Hall show shall be put on by Rob Gee. Gee is a poet of the comic type who has considerable experience of being a psychiatric nurse, having worked in wards in Australia and the UK.

The SFF has been running in its current form since 2016. However, an event called the Swindon Mini Fringe took place back in 2012.
