Homes England could soon deliver hundreds of houses in fields in the vicinity of Stoke-on-Trent as part of a government initiative.

A site of approximately 12 hectares has been pencilled in as suitable site for the potential development. Brochure printing in Stoke-on-Trent may be really useful in the property sector.

Homes England has replaced the Homes and Community Agency and has come up with a Land Development and Disposal Plan. The hope is that housebuilding can be accelerated going forward. Progress may be achieved because of increased resources and the adoption of fresh working partnerships. Executive Stephen Kinsella stated:

“We are ambitious about our disposals for the year ahead, so we’re really keen to talk to developers about the opportunities in our latest plan.”

Homes England has launched an interactive map and this ensures that developers have the capacity to assess sites in a straightforward manner. Homes England is determined to up its game by enhancing technical packs going forward.

Homes England aims to do better than its predecessor organisation. It takes a commercial approach to its activities. The Stoke-on-Trent fields will be disposed of via the free market. Local concerns about the potential for congestion have been expressed.

It is too early to evaluate the performance of Homes England. The organisation was announced last year and its formal launch occurred during January 2018.
