Staff give thumbs up to firms in Reading area

Businesses operating within reach of Reading residents have received great feedback from their staff.

Employees have endorsed working for 20 businesses near Reading in a recent survey. Newsletter printing from Reading can be used to celebrate corporate achievements. Glassdoor conducted the research and ranked the organisations involved. The chief executive of Glassdoor, Robert Hohman, said:

“To help people find companies that stand out from the pack, the Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Awards recognise employers that are truly Best Places to Work because they’re determined by those who really know best – the employees. Employers where employees love to work continue to prove that they have a recruiting and business performance advantage.”

Hohman is the co-founder of Glassdoor and he indicated that the modern jobseeker researches career opportunities with care. He confirmed that the enterprise has been putting its prestigious awards system together for a decade.

Reading-based businesses fared well in the competition this time around. The Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Awards (GECA) rely on individuals making anonymous judgements about their experiences of work.

Microsoft is based within Thames Valley Park, while Procter & Gamble is located inside South Reading. These specific employers featured high up on the GECA list this year. The recruitment firm Hays is also operating on the local level, while Nando’s UK has two Reading branches. Both of these businesses appear to be popular with their staff.
