Norwich print company was swayed by results

You can find all kinds of printing companies in Norwich. If you need flyers, brochures, stationery or even wide format vinyls there is a Norwich print firm to suit your needs. There is one thing that all kinds of printing businesses have in common; having to update the print room with new kit in order to stay up with the competition. When to invest in new equipment remains a major decision for all Norwich print companies.

Norwich printers, Kall Kwik, recently became the first UK print firm to install a Soljet Pro III XC-540MT, Roland DG’s metallic inkjet wide-format printer. The business is run by husband and wife team Mark and Pippa Redmond. So what were the reasons for making such an important investment decision?

Joint director Mark Redmond first saw the machine at the Roland roadshow. Joint director Pippa Redmond said:

“When he was told about it over the phone it wasn’t of interest; it was only when he saw the results that he spotted the benefits. We wanted to offer something our competitors couldn’t, and we wanted to attack the high end of the market with something that could add affordable luxury to our product range.”

The white ink and integrated cutter makes the machine extremely versatile. The company held an open day on 5th February to demonstrate the machine’s possibilities. Clearly, this print company came to their decision based on the output results of this kit. They say customers are “as excited as we were” about the results.
