Dance festival to return to Exeter

A dance festival is scheduled to come to Exeter again during the course of 2017.

The Lockdown Festival was held in Exeter this September and the dance event is on its way back to the city next year. Poster printing from Exeter could be used to help promote the occasion and tickets for the event are already available.

Organiser Steve Haywood told the Exeter Express and Echo:

“For our first year everything went to plan and it was great to see thousands of people having such an amazing weekend. We are already planning for next year and we are already on sale for 2017 and are looking forward to doing it all again next September.”

The venue for next year has been decided. Powderham Castle will accommodate the Lockdown Festival between 1st and 3rd September 2017. The weekend could see thousands of visitors converging on Exeter to take advantage of the entertainment.

The ticket prices do vary. However, it is possible to obtain a VIP ticket with the right to camp for just over £230. An ordinary adult ticket with camping rights would set back a customer less than half the price of the VIP package.

This year, the likes of Sigma and Katy B performed on the Saturday. On the next day, the crowds were entertained by the performances of talents such as Netsky and DJ Rudimental.
