A UK timber and builder’s merchant has launched an extensive catalogue created using full colour printing, which showcases the company’s full range of new products.

Jewson, a national timber and builder’s merchant, recently produced and distributed copies of their latest catalogue around its network of UK outlets. Jewson has more than 500 merchant supplies outlets throughout the country and information on new products will be available to pick up in all branches, thanks to their use of catalogue printing.

Dunfermline builders are known to use branches of Jewson, which are dotted around the local area. Branches in Kirkcaldy and Edinburgh also supply local builders and joiners with the equipment and tools needed to ensure they carry out jobs professionally. By using catalogue printing to showcase the range of products on offer, Jewson look set to drive more sales and increase profits for their business.

The catalogue features 2,000 new products that range from power tools to adhesives. Jewson’s Market Director, Andy Moseley, spoke about the catalogue, saying:

“The catalogue 2012 is available for our customers to pick-up at their local branch. We have also included a branch directory, because with over 500 branches around the country, trade professionals are never far away from one.”

Whilst Jewson is a large national chain of builder’s merchant stores, smaller businesses can benefit from taking a similar approach to their marketing by using a local print shop to produce professional-looking catalogues and promotional material to increase sales and attract new customers.
