Walking festival promoted using flyer printing in Chesterfield

The Peak District’s Historic Border Country Walking Festival is taking place from the 14th to the 22nd of May this year and it was recently launched at Chesterfield Football Club’s ground. The key part of the launch was to encourage local residents to pick up a leaflet about the walking festival that was created using local leaflet and flyer printing services in Chesterfield. The leaflet was available to take home on the day of the launch and is also available from the Chesterfield tourist information centre. The leaflet gives details about some of the highlights of the Border Country Walking Festival and gives information about all 42 walks that have been arranged as part of the event. Some of the highlights include a 34 mile walk around the whole of Chesterfield, boat trips and guided walking tours around the city and the fringes of the Peak District.

Councillor Ray Russell who is the leader of Chesterfield Borough Council hopes that by using flyer printing services in Chesterfield, local residents and tourists alike will flock to the walking festival and the events that come with it. The event is designed to drive people into Chesterfield and hopefully the increased number of people visiting the town will have a positive impact on local businesses. This includes local printing companies based in Chesterfield who have significant experience in providing services like flyer printing to promote Chesterfield-based events. These businesses are on hand to help produce any supporting material that is needed to further promote the walking festival.
