New office for solicitors from Chesterfield

July 16, 2018 by

A law firm based in Chesterfield has announced an expansion of its operations in the form of a new headquarters in the centre of Sheffield.

BRM Solicitors has opened this new base at Steel City House, which is one of the city’s smartest office blocks, and has confirmed that 10 of its existing staff will be moving to work out of the new space. It represents the first step outside of Chesterfield for the firm and will also lead to the creation of new jobs.

The company will be adding a minimum of 10 new employees before the end of 2018, with the new office providing space for 50 people. BRM has already confirmed the first new appointment, a commercial property director.

Alastair Reid has been brought in to fulfil this role and he has been joined by new corporate and commercial lawyers, with director of BRM Adrian Sheehan telling the Derbyshire Times that Reid has a wealth of experience, before going on to add:

“Built on the success and foundations of our thriving Chesterfield HQ, this new office reflects the firm’s ambitions for expansion and future acquisitions.”

Burgeoning companies that are located in Chesterfield can always rely on local places that supply corporate gifts for giving to either employees or clients at business networking events.
