Prodigy to play gig in Cardiff

One of the most popular bands from the 1990s will be coming to Cardiff later this year, as a stop on their upcoming tour.

The Prodigy are genuine legends of the UK dance music scene and are set to release a brand new album towards the end of the year. This album will be their seventh and is called ‘No Tourists’, with the tour being organised to promote it. The Motorpoint Arena will serve as the venue for the show in the Welsh capital.

Back in their heyday, the band, who were formed in Essex, released several smash albums, including ‘Music for the Jilted Generation’ and ‘The Fat of the Land’ and it is likely that songs from these albums will feature during the gig in Cardiff.

Among the iconic hits that fans and interested newcomers can expect to hear are the likes of number one smash hit ‘Firestarter’, ‘Everybody in the Place’ and ‘Breathe’. The gig is likely to attract music fans from all over the country.

The show is set to take place on 9th November and tickets went on sale at the end of last month. They can be purchased online. Organisers of events such as this often turn to local printers to help produce posters, banners and other memorabilia to help prepare the venues for the event and to create a buzz for attendees.
