Summer fayres for local community hosted by HC One

Residents of Ashton-under-Lyne and other parts of Tameside are being encouraged by local HC One care facilities to attend free summer fayres that they are organising.

These events are taking place on a number of days during the second half of this month – with Ashton-under-Lyne set to be the location of the first. These fayres are set to feature food and drinks, stalls, games and different kinds of live entertainment. Attendees should find something that they can enjoy.

The summer fayres are suitable for both adults and children and are intended to offer community members, those living in the care homes, and their friends and families, a chance to meet and get to know one another.

The first will be held in Ashton-under-Lyne, at the Daisy Nook Country Park, on Saturday August 19th. The final one will take place in Stalybridge a week later on Saturday August 26th. Speaking to, the Care Relationship Manager for HC One, Jane Selkirk, said:

“Opening our homes across Tameside is very important to all of our residents. We encourage our residents to feel part of things, both within the home and the wider community.”

Those organising events such as these fayres often use full colour printing services provided by local printers, to ensure that they have brightly coloured posters to advertise them.
