Spanish eatery to open in Altrincham

A Spanish restaurant called Evuna is set to open in Altrincham’s town centre.

Evuna is a wine merchant, tapas bar and Spanish restaurant. It secured planning permission to start trading in Altrincham recently. The organisation was assisted by local consultants based at Regional Property Solutions. Business cards can be useful for businesses which are growing.

Evuna launched a restaurant in Deansgate approximately 15 years back. The Evuna firm was founded by Jane and Frances Dowler. The two relatives established the company by importing wine from small vineyards in Spain. Jane Dowler told Altrincham Today:

“We are really excited to bring Evuna to Altrincham. Our passion is authentic Spanish food and wine and we can’t wait to bring it to Greater Manchester’s most thriving foodie town!”

It is thought that the new restaurant and bar will create 20 jobs to begin with. The existing kitchen in the unit will be extended prior to its opening and bi-fold windows will be installed.

When it comes to food, consumers should not be disappointed. At Evuna, they will be able to select paellas as well as tapas and main courses.

Customers at Evuna are going to be able to sample a wide variety of wine. The focus will change every month. People will have the chance to taste wine from regions like Navarra, Rioja, Galicia or Catalunya.
