New coffee shop opening in Altrincham

A new coffee shop is to open in Altrincham, after a lease was signed for the business to set up on Stamford New Road.

Two Brothers – The Coffee Engineers is poised to do just what its name suggests. The project is backed by siblings who are qualified as engineers and share a passion for coffee. Flyer printing in Altrincham may be used to promote the place going forward.

Sean Lyall, a manager at the outlet, told the Manchester Evening News:

“We’re absolutely delighted to be finally opening up shop in Altrincham. It’s such a buzzy place and we certainly have a lot to live up to but we think people will love our well-engineered speciality coffees, the friendly atmosphere we’re creating and warm hospitality.”

The lease covers the whole of the next decade. Covering the basement and the ground floor, the lease is reportedly worth £18,000 per year. Stamford New Road is one of Altrincham’s major routes.

Daniel Lee is the director of Regional Property Solutions and was involved in the letting of the premises for the landlord of the establishment, Manchester Properties North West.

Lee is upbeat about the commercial prospects of the area. He stressed the impact of local public investment. In addition, he pointed out that the population of Altrincham has risen in recent times. These factors could well have contributed to the growth in high quality local amenities.
