Launch of ‘green’ office block in Manchester

The launch of a new office building in Manchester is being promoted with a glossy advertising brochure as their impressive green credentials make it one of the most ‘green’ buildings in the country. Brochure printers in Altrincham or other areas around Manchester will have been responsible for the 32 page brochure which is being used to promote the Hive, which is an office building launching in Manchester’s trendy Northern Quarter. The printed materials will be available at the launch of event of the office block and will also be used as a direct mail piece to key target audiences.

Design agency Dinosaur was responsible for designing the brochure and they came up with vision that gives the brochure the image of a modern art gallery brochure instead of a traditional brochure feel. Their creative director, Mark Beaumont, claimed that they were lead by the design of the impressive environmentally friendly building in their creative work.

Their branding will be extended into adverts appearing in the press and any signs for the building, developed by Dinosaur.

The brochure details the Hive’s architecture and green credentials including sedum rooftops and solar panel shade screens which work to keep the building at the right temperature consistently, thus energy saving. The marketing team at The Hive worked with Dinosaur on this latest launch, as they had previously worked with them to create the development name and original concept. A separate agency is working on the website design in keeping with this new brand identity.
