Wizard-themed afternoon tea to come to Norwich

Afternoon teas with a Harry Potter theme are set to be served in a Norwich-based venue.

The Assembly House is poised to deliver the magical afternoon teas and its chief director, Richard Hughes, told the Eastern Daily Press:

“We are famous for our afternoon teas but we were keen to try something new. Last year’s Rainbow Unicorn tea sold-out and we had waiting lists.”

Hughes has won several awards during the course of his career. This may help to explain why thousands of bookings were taken prior to the announcement of the details this year. The Philosopher’s Scones could be a big hit, while other items with a Harry Potter flavour may prove to be really popular. This type of event may use promotional products from Norwich to attract a crowd

Hughes is aware that a modern afternoon tea is a real treat. He pointed out that these rich experiences are much more affordable in Norwich than they are in London.

Mark Mitson, a pastry chef who trained in Switzerland, has engaged in teamwork. The result of the collaboration may enthuse a wide range of consumers. Chocolate wands and special cakes are likely to appeal to fans of the Harry Potter phenomenon. Individuals who desire to get into the spirit of the occasion can take the opportunity to wear appropriate clothing on the day.
