Major Redditch development completed

July 16, 2018 by

A development in Redditch valued at £3.5 million has recently been completed.

The development is almost 25,000 square feet in extent and consists of a mixture of commercial and industrial space. New tenants can now occupy the £3.5 million site. Crescent Trade Park in Moons Moat might fuel wider economic development. Local business growth can boost business card printing in Redditch.

KWB and Bromwich Hardy have been marketing the initiative. Subway and Greggs have moved quickly in relation to the available space. KWB’s Kenny Allan said:

“Nothing like Crescent Trade Park has been built in Redditch for years, so this is satisfying a pent-up demand and is driving the very high level of enquiries.”

Allan, a director at KWB, believes that Moons Moat is a great industrial area. He thinks that the local transport infrastructure will entice more enterprises to locate there going forward. A local firm has already elected to use a trade counter unit. While the legal side of this deal is being brought to a conclusion, more of the units may attract interested parties.

David Hardy is a partner at Bromwich Hardy. He is bullish about the development and thinks that the local area will gain from the increase in corporate activity. He is sure that the decisions of Greggs and Subway have stimulated further interest in the trade park.
