New cocktail bar opening in Clapham

Those who live in Clapham will have a new option when it comes to finding somewhere to go on a night out from later this month, with the news that a brand new cocktail bar will be opening there.

Brick & Liquor is the name of the bar that will be launching in the area, and it will be the second south London venue that it has, following the success of its existing bar in Tooting. The new branch will measure 1000 sq ft and is set to offer an adventurous cocktail menu for local people to try out.

This will feature the likes of Nine & A Half Weeks, which is a cocktail consisting of orange bitters, white vermouth, orange curacao, and Havana 3 rum. Another specialty set to be on offer is the salted caramel espresso martini.

Visitors to the bar will also be able to eat there, with a menu that draws from Asian and European cuisine, and they can enjoy brunch with prosecco cocktails at the weekend. David Layton, the founder, told The Caterer:

“The Brick & Liquor concept has been hugely successful in our first location in Tooting Broadway and we’re hoping to replicate that success again in Clapham.”

Once the bar opens its doors to the public, it will be able to make use of promotional drinkware to help advertise it.
