School trip company gets website revamp

A Blackpool-based company that specialises in organising school trips has had its website revamped by Interactive Dimensions, a web company located in Preston.
NST Group enlisted the help of Interactive Dimensions to help them to get more out of their website, to generate more leads and enquiries and to make this more user-friendly for customers. The web company also looked at search engine optimisation to help make the website easier to find for prospective clients and customers.
Johnny Wilde is a strategic account director who worked on the website revamp for NST, saying:
“The key importance on the site is the brochure requests, quote requests and contacts so the site is clearly designed around maximising those without being too pushy.”
Whilst the website is an important aspect of NST’s communications strategy, it is primarily there to support more traditional print media and to help customers to request copies of print brochures. This cross-channel communication strategy shows how websites can work in harmony with brochure printers.
Preston-based Interactive Dimensions have recently completed the revamp of the site and are now working to integrate customer reviews into this to strengthen NST’s offering. They are also continuing to lead the search engine optimisation work that is needed to ensure the site gets the right kind of visitors.
NST offer a range of brochures that are available to order from their website. These brochures cover both primary and secondary education and offer experiences to students in the UK and abroad across a wide spectrum of subjects.
