Preston events company to produce conference

Glasgows, a company based in Preston, is the firm that has been hired to organise the annual Osteoporosis and Bone Conference 2012. The work was assigned to them following a pitch that featured two other events companies. The event will run over four days in July and will feature talks and seminars from experts on all things bone-related. The conference will see over 1,000 people in attendance.
As well as the events and workshops on offer, the Osteoporosis and Bone Conference 2012 will also feature a trade exhibition space and a promotional poster area. With this in mind, Glasgows are likely to be considering the most impactful printed material that they could bring to the conference or what services they will need to factor into their planning, such as leaflet and poster printing.
Preston-based Glasgows issued a comment about the new business win, with their Head of Business Development saying:
“Glasgows has a fantastic history of producing healthcare events and we’re absolutely delighted to be working with the National Osteoporosis Society. The Annual Conference is their largest and most important event of the year and we’ll ensure this is the best yet.”
Glasgows recently appointed three new staff to handle this and other business within the company. The Conference will be held at the Manchester Central Convention Centre from 1st to 4th July this year.
