Garden Club meet to discuss annual village flower show

A meeting was recently held by a Garden Club from the Kings Lynn area to discuss the annual village flower show and to cover how this would be planned, from conception to delivery.
A recent meeting of the Clenchwarton Garden Club was featured on the local community news website, Lynn News, giving details of the items discussed at the latest gathering. One of these items was the discussion around how this year’s annual village flower show would be planned and run. A presentation was given that covered all aspects of planning, organising and actually running the flower show, including sections on how to organise catering staff and how to arrange for labels and entry forms to be created using digital printing.
Kings Lynn also has a horticultural society which faces similar challenges to the Clenchwarton Garden Club, in that it too needs to ensure that any event linked to the horticulture of the area is fully planned through and thought out. Promotion of these events is one of the cornerstones of their success, particularly if donations or public attendance at events is required. Local printing companies in Kings Lynn offer full colour printing services that can not only help to create functional labels and entry forms, but can also offer a bespoke printing service to create exactly the right message for any supporting promotional posters or leaflets.
The Clenchwarton Garden Club met early last month and enjoyed a visit to Wissey Tomatoes.
