Companies specialising Print company in digital printing printing services digital printing in Print company in Edinburgh printing services Edinburgh should get a boost of business pre-Christmas as the city gears up to run a poster advertising campaign to promote the city’s recent accolade. According to new market research by Scene Not Heard, Edinburgh is thought to be the best city to spend Christmas and New Year in. The city beat off stiff competition from other UK city favourites such as a London, Print company in Manchester printing services Manchester and nearby rivals, Print company in Glasgow printing services Glasgow, to be voted by 70% of those 2,500 surveyed as the best choice for a Christmas or New Year destination.
Funded mostly by businesses around Edinburgh including the airport in the city and transport firm Lothian buses, a huge festive advertising campaign is to be launched in the rival cities as well as towns and cities around Scotland such as Print company in Aberdeen printing services Aberdeen, Inverness, Dundee and Stirling amongst others.

A Christmas in Edinburgh will be advertised on posters on London’s Underground system as well as in Glasgow’s Queen Street Station with ticket turnstile posters catching the eye of all those passing through the Glasgow train station. It is hoped that this extra pre-Christmas promotion will enable Edinburgh to compete with other cities as a major shopping destination and bring more visitors and revenue to the city at this time. Whilst companies have by and large been responsible for their own marketing plans pre-Christmas in the past, the push to promote Edinburgh around the country will extend the reach of the message to more people than ever before.
