Fife restaurant to open new Aberdour Golf Club restaurant

Owners of local Fife eatery, The Wee Restaurant, are set to branch out and open up a second restaurant at Aberdour Golf Club.
Craig and Vikki Wood have been managing The Wee Restaurant for five years and have recently decided to take on the challenge of running another one. Located at Aberdour Golf Club, the dining room will be under the watchful eye of the couple from 1st June.
The couple aims to stick to simple, natural dishes as part of their new venture but will be offering a carefully chosen wine list in addition to the offerings from the Golf Club’s bar. As with any restaurant, appearance is important so it makes sense to ensure all advertising literature and new menus are printed clearly. Whether it’s menus or flyer printing, Dunfermline printing firms in and around the Fife region are well-versed in producing menus, posters and flyers to advertise other businesses. By using a local company, businesses are also supporting the local economy, which in turn would set their own local business in good stead for a prosperous future.
In the case of Vikki and Craig Woods, they have good business grounding and the right skills to make this latest venture a success; Craig even has a background as head chef at the Crinan Hotel and has experience of working in the kitchens of the luxury train, The Royal Scotsman.
By marrying up business know-how, culinary skills and well thought-out promotional material, the new venture for the proprietors of The Wee Restaurant could prove a huge success.
